Current Calls for Entry

If you decide to enter our calls through our website here, we can offer you a better deal. You may enter up to 5 photos for $25. At Café, pricing is a little different because of the fees they charge us per entry. 

Lioncourt Gallery does not permit any kind of suggestive or nude photography. All works must be considered "family-friendly" and suitable for all ages. 

All photos must be under 5MB in size and at least 1200 pixels (minimum) on the longer side. Only JPG formats will be accepted at this time.

Photos will be taken via email and each call will list specific instructions on submission.

Each call / photo competition that we host will still offer great cash prizes and free entries into future calls just like we offer on Café. Prizes will be awarded via PayPal and each cash prize winner will be contact directly after the close of the call to confirm their PayPal address for us to send payment. Business accounts through PayPal may charge the winner a small fee. Lioncourt Gallery has no control over this, so if winners want to receive 100% of their prize, we can send the prize to a personal (non-business) PayPal account. 

We do not offer refunds unless there is an error on our part.

All works must have a title as the title is an integral part of the work. 

Each work should be named in such a way as to identify the artist and the title of the work. For instance:

Size permitting, artists may upload all their work in the same email so long as they list the title of each work exactly as they wish for us to display in the gallery and the file name contains part or all of the title for easy identification. 

All of our calls are juried competitions. Judge's names are held privately to protect the integrity of the judge and the judging process. All works are judged impartially and as fairly as possible. Entry fees guarantee that each artist's work will be reviewed. Entry fee, however, does not guarantee the work will be juried into the gallery. If a work is juried into the gallery, it will be considered for an additional prize such as Best of Show or Honorable Mention.  It is an honor to be accepted in the Lioncourt Gallery as it means our judges scored these works higher.  

Lioncourt Gallery is 100% online. No works will be mailed into the Gallery as we are not a physical gallery.

Artists agree that a jury's opinion of their work is just that, an opinion. All decisions are final and jury retains final judgement of all work. 

By entering, all artists agree that the work they submit is their own and not the work of anyone else. Works may be from any year. 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WORK UTILIZING OR CONTAINING A. I. BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Artist names, watermarks, signatures, frames, borders, other awards won, etc. are not permitted on the work. 

All artists retain the rights to their work. We will not use an artist's work unless they give us permission to do so. From time to time, we may ask artists if they wish to allow us to use their work to promote the gallery. Other than that, we will not use their work, further we do not sell or give away entrants' personal and private information for any reason. Email addresses and names are only used to contact entrants regarding their work and no other purpose.
